When will my order be dispatched?Updated 2 months ago

SOLE AU partners with multiple logistics providers to offer a seamless and fast fulfilment experience for all our customers. 

We aim to ship out 99% of all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. 

If your order shipping method states; (Arrives in 12-14 business days), your tracking number will not be avaliable until closer to the quoted arrival date. 

In busy sales periods; please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your item to be dispatched from our warehouses. 

Please note that business days are Monday - Friday with the exception of public holidays. We cannot dispatch orders on the weekend nor on public holidays as the postal carrier does not operate on those days.

When your order is packed and ready for pickup by the shipping courier, you will be notified via email. 

You will be provided a tracking number and be sent regular updates from the shipping carrier on the status and whereabouts of your delivery throughout the process. 

It is very important that you enter your email correctly at checkout as without it, you will not receive any updates.
