You may contact us before your order is dispatched to request a cancellation.

Order cancellations requested by customers after an order is placed will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

This is to cover the transaction fees and other costs associated with marketing we incur when processing your payment. 

We do NOT aim to profit from this hence is why we are very transparent with this policy. 

For order cancellations after the item is packed and has had a tracking number generated, you will NOT be refunded for the amount you paid for shipping. 

When making a purchase from us, You agree to our cancellations policy as part of our terms & conditions.
