We apologise if your order has run behind and not arrived to you in the quoted timeframe at checkout.
An order is not considered late until the latest delivery date quoted at checkout has passed.
For example; If your order stated it would arrive in 5-7 business days, it is not considered late until the 7th business day has passed.
Please be aware that there are usually delays during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
We highly recommend checking the tracking information of your parcel with the information we have provided you as they always contain up to date live tracking information with estimated delivery dates.
We will try our best to assist you but in many cases, it is highly recommended that you contact the delivery company initially as they are the ones with the most up to date tracking information. This is the fastest way for you to receive an update or information relating to your delivery.
