How long do returns take to process?Updated a year ago

Returns are usually processed by our returns team within 3-7 business days of us receiving the parcel.

During busy periods such as Black Friday, December - January, please allow the returns team up to 10 business days to process your return.

In the rare ocassion that 10 business days have passed, we apologise and ask that you please contact us directly so we can look into it for you.
