How do I start a return or exchange? (Australia only)Updated 2 months ago

HOLIDAY SEASON 2024: Extended Returns Period

Items purchased from 29th November 2024 can be returned all the way to January 7, 2025. (You must start the return by January 7th)

Below is a step by step guide on how to initiate a return or exchange with us. 

Please ensure that you are aware of our returns policy which can be found here

Please note this process only applies for customers living in Australia. Please go here if you are not in Australia. 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • The sneaker must be in the exact same brand new and unworn condition you received it in, including the original undamaged packaging, the original shipping box, extra laces, accessories and with no damage or creases to the foot of sneakers from try-on.
  • You MUST ship back the item in a CARDBOARD Shipping Box.

  2. Please provide your information in the form above as requested.
  3. Please state your reason for the return and add a comment.
  4. Once your return is confirmed, use the shipping label that is generated and please package your unworn, unused and undamaged item in a cardboard box and sent it back to us.

Once the item is received by us, please allow our returns team 3-7 business days to process the return and issue you a store credit.

If there are any issues with the return, our team will contact you via email.

Once we have processed your return, you will be emailed a voucher in the form of a gift card for the exact value of your order excluding shipping charges. 

This voucher may be used over multiple orders until the total amount is exhausted. There is no expiry on these vouchers. 

The voucher is in the form of a code which can be applied at checkout for you to purchase any item you desire.

Store credits for returns/exchanges are processed and sent to the email address originally used to place the order. Store credits are not transferrable and do not expire. Store credits can only be used by the original customer.
